Potato goulash recipe by Auyo’s Cuisines
This potato goulash recipe is an incredibly hearty and flavourful dish. The unique blend of spices makes for a satisfying and budget-friendly meal for the whole family. You can use any type of potatoes you like and have a delicious dinner ready in an hour.
Ingredients for potato Goulash
Potatoes
Meat; either chicken, beef or lamb
Onions finely chopped
Red, green, and chilli Peppers
Green beans
Carrots
Fresh ginger and garlic
Tomato Puree
Seasoning
Method:
Season and stir-fry the meat on low heat till it is soft.
Peel and chop the potatoes into smaller chunks
In an empty pan, heat a teaspoon of oil and throw in the finely chopped onion. Fry until slightly golden.

Next, add in the potatoes and fry for another minute or so.
Now stir in all the spices and seasoning and fry for another minute
Pour a few cups of water, add the stir-fried meat, and allow everything to cook until the potatoes are soft.
Add in the tomato puree, and sliced veggies, and mix well
Let everything simmer for a couple of minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to perfection.
Serve hot.
You can eat solo or pair with a food of choice.
I served mine with vegetable white rice.
