The re-submitted Kano Emirates Council Bill has been passed into law by the Kano State House of Assembly, which was forwarded to the assembly by Governor Umar Ganduje.
Governor Ganduje is now expected to sign the bill immediately to fast-track the creation of the new Emirates.
