Decomposed body of 55-year-old labourer found inside Nass Complex

The decomposed body of a 55-year-old man was found inside a parked car at the annex gate of the National Assembly complex in Abuja on Sunday.
The deceased, identified as Gaddafi Iwar, a Tiv man, was believed to have been a laborer at a construction site within the complex.
Police found him lifeless in a red Peugeot 406 with registration number BWR-577 BF.

After the body was taken to the National Assembly Clinic for medical confirmation, it was transferred to Asokoro General Hospital. However, the hospital refused to accept the body due to its advanced state of decomposition.
To prevent a health hazard, members of the Tiv community and local youth leaders took the remains to Gbawu Village, a border town between AMAC and Kuje Area Council, for burial.
